This is a two-hour e-learning programme that aims to build foundational knowledge of key developments and concepts in relation to farmers' health and wellbeing.

Engage Training 

National Men's Health Training Programme
Engage is a national training programme developed to help practitioners connect men with health and social services. Grounded in academic evidence and real-world practice, all Engage programmes are rigorously field-tested and co-produced alongside facilitators.
On Feirm Ground was developed by Engage in 2020, specifically to support agricultural advisors in improving the health and wellbeing of farmers through engagement and signposting. It is part of a suite of programmes that have made a measurable impact, with 93.4% of service providers who completed Engage training reporting it had directly impacted their work practices.
